How can I fix my Noisy Samsung Fridge recirculating fan?

My Samsung SR-L628EV fridge/freezer has become noisy, the compressor is quiet but when the fridge part needs cooling a fan runs noisily, or at least it sounds like a fan particularly when stopping as it slows down. How can I get to it & fix it?
