you don,t say what year and model,how long have u had the vehicle?has the fault just started ?if its just started its probably the fan sender switch which is usually on the thermostat housing,or maybe some one connected the wires together on the o/s inner wing near bulkhead to make the fan run all the time.check the wiring first its just single wires which plug together if there conected pull them appart if the fan stops its the sender or a wiring fault.
