Similar problem I had when it was first installed. Apparently supposed to use 22mm copper pipe up to the last meter and then change down to 15mm copper. Mine is 15mm the whole way through and the volume of gas is therefore reduced, thus do not have an energy efficient boiler and the water is really not that hot as it should be.
