You need to take out the 5 screws holding the dashboard, then prise the whole dashboard off, its very tight, on with spring clips. Once off you will see that the radio is actually held in with a further 2 screws, remove the 2 screws, disconnect the aerial plug and the main radio connector plug, then just slide it out.
