have taken the top off of my tricity bendix eco system washing machine to see if the fan belt has broken but it all seems closed up so where or how do i find the fan belt, and or brushes. the problem is that my drum wont turn but it sounds as if it is and it drains out and heats up but no movement. help please

provided the belt is fine it could be that the shaft bearings have dried out / or seized
