Can I retrieve data from broken SD?

I was putting the battery cover on my Samsung Rant and didn't realize that my SD card had popped out. It now has a fine crack in it and I would like to know if there is any way to possibly try to save the media on the card. I had over 400 pics on it and really need them! Please help
