Is it worth the repair?

I have a Waltham 31 day wall clock that I have taken to be repaired. the pendulum broke at the top and needs (2) springs replaced and a good cleaning. I was quoted $425.00 for the repairs. I purchased the clock 20 years ago for $100.00 The repairman says it is/will be a ollectors item. Any advise?
