My cd player in my Chrysler 300 won't play says disc read error and also it will not eject cds or load them. Is there some trouble shooting I can try first before bringing to be serviced?

is there a disk all ready in the draw" stuck , look for a very small pin hole under or near or around the cd draw"if it has this pin hole, get a pin and put it into it" your pc/labtop ect , has this pin hole too for freeing cd/dvd that are stuck in the drive , your car cd . might have this pin hole too, if your lucky , their might be a cd stuck in it , if its reading (disk reading error"
