when i turn headlights on the wipers start to move upwards and at night if i have to use wipers with headlights on the headlights fade and bulb out warning light comes on and off , sometimes the wipers struggle to work . my car is a vauxhall vectra 2.0L tdi sxi 52 plate can u give me some ideas please
