how can I fix my Clavanova CLP-950 two keys make no sound?

The two keys at the lowset end on the register produce no sound. All other keys and functions are fine.
is there a way to get to the contacts for the keys?
Other ideas?

It's the contact strip running underneath the keys at the back... that is generally what goes wrong but if there's two together at one end sounds more like something is stuck under them or something been spilled into it. Not an easy job to get at the contact strip in CLP's, go onto Organfax.com and see if there is an engineer in your area
