fisher paykel wash mach beeps and doesn't go?

our Fisher Paykel wash machine beeps and the lights do not match what they should. It drains but does not spin or wash .....is it dead?

The new light sequence is the error code. Copy down which lights are on & which are off along the top row when it beeps. Count from left to right. Post the result here.
