MY FREEZER LEEKS WATER IN THE BOTTUM OF THE FREEZER AND FORMS A SHEET OF ICE AT THE BOTTUM HOW CAN I FIX THIS

This happened to my fridge also. It is most likely the defrost thermostat and/or defrost timer. The parts are not too pricey (around $17 for the DT, 28 for the DT)and you might be able to change them yourself. Start with the Defrost thermostat and see if this does the trick.
