how can i fix my electric cable to tile cutter?

i was using my tile cutter and went through the cable slightly.i taped it up but theres been no power since.

You could either cut the cable off where it is damaged and put a plug on the end, or unscrew the casing of the tile cutter and put a new length of flex on.
