I have lost my address book that was on the front page of my opening outlook express. I can find my contacts/address book on the tool bar but it was
very convenient to be on the left hand side of the page under the folders/inbox/outbox/sent/deleted section. How can I transfer/restore my address book
to the left hand side of the page...

Open Outlook Express.

Go to the Menu bar (File, Edit, View, Tools, Message, Help)

Select [View]

From the dropdown select [Layout]

Check the box marked [Contacts]
