For no apparant reason our room sensors are now making a chime noise, same as the ring when we open our outside doors. They usual light up red when we pass them but now they are making a chime noise, how can we stop this !

im going to guess this is a veritas r8 the means it needs a service if you have the new panel just press the chime button the music icon

if you have the older panel enter your code then the music button then reset

let me know if it works
