potterton leaks?

I have a potterton performer 28 combi boiler, the pressure keeps dropping and when I open the loop feed tap to build the pressure back up, there is water dripping from a 15mm open pipe underneath the boiler.

sounds like the pressure vessel is faulty.

possibily your pressure valve leaking and as it is not taken outside by plumber it is leaking inside. you will need to replace pressure valve
