my boiler will not fire up and the fan etc is working there is no volts at spark/sense electrode cn6 between 1,2,3

Could be faulty air pressure switch. check continuity between common and open and common and closed switches to see if working correctly, if ok could be air pressure problem ie. blocked flue or venturi or hoses?
But obviously, i have to advise that you should call in a gas safe engineer.
