how do i fix dash bioard lights?

I haven’t got any interior lights on my dashboard; and can’t see speedometer at night the car is a ford mondeo ghia g2.0 16v how do I fix this problem

I once had this problem, then realised i had accidently turned the dimmer switch (below headlight switch) might be obvious but thought it was worth a mention.
