how can i fix my canon ir2000 copier syetem error e001?

I have a problem on my canon ir2000 there is message on display "system Error e001"I already checked the hardware Heater Lamp, Thermistor, Thermostat, all are ok and Good. Can someone help me how can i reset these trouble code.

i got this problem on my canon ir2000 photocopier and every thing on the hardware side was okay. I've reset it by unplugging the RAM and jumper for 1 minutes and power on plug the RAM and jumper and turn it on again.
This was the solution for me.
