best taking it to a garage and asking them to heat it up with burning gear and taking bolt out for you (not advisable you doing it cos shocker attached to it can explode if too much heat near it ) you could try soaking it in penetrating oil and leaving overnight then next day hit the bolt on the end with lump hammer to shock it then try undoing
