How do I restore sounds to my Fujitsu Siemens computer? I haven't got the cd rom. Is there a download?

First of all I don't think that you mean a reboot because booting is what a PC does every time that you turn it on.

If you have 'reloaded' Windows, I suggest that you go to the Fujitsu Siemens web site and down load the device driver set for your PC.
