One of the memory drums on the carriage of my Knitmaster 360 has jammed. How can I fix this?

I have unpacked my Knitmaster 360 the has not been used for 12 years. All appears OK but the carriage will not move. Can anybody help me please.

Our knitmaster 360 is locked for transport. We do not have an operation manual and do not know how to unlock it.

Is ther any one that can help me with a knitmaster 360 machine that is not it gets jamed 1/2 way ?

After taking my Knitmaster 360 out of long term storage I have oiled relevant parts but have found that rotating one of the Memory Drums on the carriage to be very stiff. Any suggestions
