no throttle.peugeot 1.6 auto year 06?

i have a peugeot 307 auto 1.6, year 06. when i go to start it in the cold weather it will start but there is no throttle just tick over,leave ticking over for two minutes then turn off and re-start and i have throttle.can any one help please with a cure.
