1998 ford mondeo automatic with power steering?

There is about 40ml of water in the receptical where the power steering fluid is. How do I drain it and is it self bleeding?

Try using a (empty!) plasitc washing up bottle with a bit of tube on the nozzel.
Slightly compress bottle, drop tube in and release pressure- extract water.

In the main yes self bleeding
