How do I re-pressure Heat Line C24/C28 bolier?

I have just noticed that the pressure on my boiler has dropped below 1, could you please tell me how to re-pressure it on my own if it's possible. In a booklet it says somthing about temporary filling loop but I don't know what/ where it is. Please help.
