lexus 200is cd changer saying error1 how do i fix the problem or remove the dahboard to have a look at the changer

the cd unit needs to be taken to an audio specialist. Dont need to take dash out, remove the top air vent panel might feel like your going to break it but its just clips so it will pop out. remove the screws for the bracket for the ac control unit. Remove the gear knob and surrounding console remove the 2 screws from the radio control unit and pull forwards hope that helps
