OK, I had this problem also, the dealer said they would replace the entire radio and CD changer for around $5oo.oo. On the advice of a friend I googled the problem, and did as instructed ( remove the radio fuses #7 & #31 cranked the vehicle and turn it off, replaced the fuses, crank the vehicle and let the radio cycle it self) and now the CD works fine. Thanks a million for whoever posted this, it really saved me.
