Can I convert my Creda Colonial to lpg?

I have a creda colonial range cooker, can I convert it to lpg? It has two electric ovens and two electric rings and three gas rings?

the three gas burners could be changed to lpg if the jets are to be found at a stockist, but the work must be done by a gas safe installer, holding cooker and lpg qualifications.
