F&P GWL11 is a top loader so forget advice about door opening when water level drops. Does not apply to top loaders. If you have no power then either the control board has died or the drain pump is faulty or both. The faulty drain pump may have damaged the control board. Best to get someone in with the correct test equipment & knowledge to diagnose which part has failed. Too expensive to just go buying the parts & trying yourself. If main control board has died then putting in a new one & turning power on may blow the new board as well.

have you checked the fuse in the plug? if all ok and machine will not empty remove drain hose from your waste pipe and lower it and let gravity empty it then your door will open once water is below presure switch.
Is your pump filter blocked with any foreign objects?
