Try as i might i cannot get the silver piece from the lever end to put in a new one, it's stuck fast. I bought a mallet and WD40 as instructed but it won't budge. Any suggestions on how to remove that and the pipe from the castor base please. They keep sending me new ones to replace them but i cannot get either old one one out.
