My 2 year old Kitchen Aid Superba disposal works fine when it is on, but will only shut off if I turn the circuit breaker off. I have used the jam tool and it does not see to be jammed as it turns freely and there is nothing I can see visibly in the drain that is stuck. Any suggestions? Thank you.
