how do i change the main rear brake light bulbs on my peugeot 307 (05reg)?

the two rear brake light bulbs have stopped working on my peugeot 307 (05reg) and I want to change the bulbs. I'm a girl and don't know how to do it. can anyone help please.

I have a peugeot 307 sw and to change the rear bulbs you will need to use the wheel wrench to loosen plastic nuts and then the light fitting can be removed.
