Sensors not working after we added some additional wiring?

Our sensors are now not working after we extended wire on one of them as it needed moving. Can you help it is a Veritas alarm.

The light not showing on them at all and the alarm keypad not lighting up for the sensors. None of the sensors in the house working and we only extended the wiring on one of them. ??

do they light up? does it show as faulted on the keypad? does it still go into alarm or just the LED is off?
