can u alter wiring in worcesteroil boiler to suit frost stat?

can u alter the wiring in a worcester oil boiler, it has 2 2 motorised values, room stat,tank stat, programmer
h/w on & c/h on all this to suit a frost stat which is built in , but the plumber hasn.t fitted a bye-pass
