My Pressure in my boiler is to high?

I have a flexecom condensing boiler 2 years old i have to top it up with water periodicaly i did this but now the pressure showing 15 bar should be 10 bar dont know what to do next

bleeding the rads will reduce the pressure if its not enough let some water out as well
