embroidery machine won't work properly?

i have a brother pe-180d disney embroidery machine and the bobbing wont pick up when the embroidery stars. any help will be appreaciated

Sounds like ou may need to retime the machine, if you type my email address as you say it and not as you see it and email me I will attach instructions.
