How do i disable my alarm on my Citroen xantia?

I can't start my xantia and I think it's my immobiliser that is stopping it , I have done this before but can't remember how ,I know it had something to do with the indicators

you have to press the switch near to steering wheel on r/h/side and turn ignition at the same time.
its what i do everytime the battery is disconected/reconected.
