mantle clock will not stop chiming?

my mantle clock is fine on every other time but when it gets to 12, the chime gets stuck and it will not stop chiming!

The levers on the font of the movement have to be adjusted. There are several involved and the movement will have to be taken out of the case for examination to see which one is not falling correctly.
