How can I fix my hotwater system and my toilet flush in my Ducato (fiat)?

The make of my motorhome is a Fiat Swift, Ducato 14 Dies Turbo. 1992. The hot water pump is not pumping through the hot water. It is heating up but nothing is going through the pipes. Also the toilet flush is not flushing no water is coming through to the toilet, sinks etc. Could this be a fuse blown or something more drastic.
