renault laguna brakes, no pedal pressure?

i have just changed the rear pads and disks and front pads, yes i turned the piston as i pushed it back, but now after the car has stood for a while i need to pump the brake pedal to get a good one no leaks found, now stuck scratching head, any one help

the pedal should improve as the pads" bed in" & the rear pistons/caliper re-adjusts its self!

i have since found out that on all diesel models if you hold pressure on the pedal it is normal for the pedal to creep to the floor. problem sorted.
