car radio clock and lights?

I went to use my car lighter and when i pushed it in it blew the radio, clock and lights, Has anyone got an idea what might have happened and how to fix the problem.

replace the fuse and DON'T use the lighter, it obviously has a short

Its taken out a fuse. Look in your cars handbook for which one because they're all different.
