how can i fix my hoover performance 1300 washing machine?

My washing machine will not spin, but i can hear the motor spinning?

hi
If you can here it (the motor ) running at speed then its likely that the drive from motor to drum has become faulty.
the only way to confirm is to remove the rear panel
and check it .
