According to the alarm system engineer, the card has gone down in our alarm system control box, making it inoperative.First they said £85 then changed it to £185 to supply and fit the card.If I could obtain the card myself, I am sure I could fit it.my problem is the alarm company removed any ID from the panel and fitted their own. All the information I have is on my user instructions. It says Ademco Microtech and Accord.The system is 10 years old and has been serviced and working fine until now. How can I get a new card?
