c9 is no motor rotation.if the brushes are ok you must have a faulty motor,faulty tacho,faulty wiring or faulty pcb.you have to clear the memory of this code to make the machine work otherwise it will not reboot.there is a set sequence you have to follow to reset the memory but can't remember at the min
