ravenheat boiler?

my h/w is only luke warm? how can i solve this problem PS there is a small amount of water on the releaf valve.

hi, you need a new 3 way valve £150 or a new diaphram for the 3 way valve £20 and your valve would need dismantling and the piston needs silicon grease on it and then manually opperate the spring to loosen the mechanisam, regards simon
