I have the above washing machine and when it spins it sounds as if something has come loose because the drum spins erratically and make a lot of noise, it even causes the machine to dance around the floor. More recently it trips the power to the sockets downstairs and you can't put the power back on downstairs until you turn the washing machine off. I also have a load of washing in there with some water, how do I get it out? Is there a drain mode?

mine did the same and i got told to replace the brushes, which are carbon things that sit alongside the drum - access them by taking off the top of the washer. they are about £12 for a pair. once replaced, my washer worked ok for about three months. however, it is now doing the same thing again! currently water is stuck inside and the drain mode does not work! usually i can unhook the drainage pipe and drain it manually by putting it in a bowl at ground level. but now this won't work and i too have a load of water stuck in the drum and cannot open the door. so the brushes might be a temp fix and seem to go again pretty quickly.
