How can i fix my car CD. BMW 318d 2009 model. CD not inserting?

A navigational CD was stuck in the CD/DVD drive. When i tried to eject it, it said 'navigation system blocked'. This was taken to a BMW centre were the navigational CD was removed but the system is refusing to allow any other CD or DVD to be inserted.
