Either bodge with roofing felt using felt mastic if small hole or proper job get same profile from DiY clear plastic take out damage section fit plastic setciong adds light as well. Dispose of the old asbestos in proper manner if in uk obtain asbestos disposal bag from coundil refuse department if in UK of course. Fines are heavy if caught dumping it.
