No signal for any Horizontal Polarity channels - Technosat IR 7000?

All the horizontal polarity channels can not be seen (no signal error) on my satellite receiver,Vertical polarity channels have a signal quality of over 70%. The LNB in question is a Universal LNB
(Dual) 9750/10600. The dish & LNB are presently set for Nilesat. This particular RECEIVER is having this problem of not being able to obtain any signal for any H channels. I am able to get the horizontal polarity channels (all from Firstnet network -- scrambled channels) from the same dish/LNB if I replace this malfunctioning receiver with a different one. So, my guess is the LNB is OK but the receiver is not functioning properly.

If you can get H signals on another box then I agree that your STB is not signalling the LNB properly. Try www.satcure.co.uk. Lots of useful stuff there plus repair kits etc. I repaired my Grundig with one of their kits.
