take a bleed key for the radiator, then a jug open up the vent on the side of the radiator with the key. let the water squirt out into the jug. after half a pint ish, close and check gauge..... ok! failing that turn boiler off and drain the system down via a brass drain cock somewhere in your house ground floor off the pipework.
